5. Berries

Berries are natural brain food and if you eat fresh blueberries, strawberries or even cranberries you can improve your learning abilities and simulate the flow of blood and oxygen to the body which will help to boost concentration levels for up to five hours.

6. Dark Chocolate

This one is great news! Dark chocolate can benefit brain function and uplift your mood. Who doesn’t love a piece or two of chocolate and when it tastes good and is good for you it’s worth adding to your supermarket trolley next time you’re getting groceries.
