Seasons Greetings, typically means GAME ON when it comes to unhealthy foods, from glazed to smoked, to cured and sweetened – of course, all like nana used to make it. Our cholesterol goes through the roof – as do our waistlines.

So where is the list of ‘watch outs’ when it comes to the foods most likely to be adorning the tables of all and sundry reading this blog, avoid where possible, minimise exposure at worst and you will see into the new year without needing a ‘new years resolution’ again about watching what you eat, getting fit etc.
